Rachel Soeth
Attorney
Rachel Soeth is a member of Kelley Clarke’s litigation team. Her focus is on business and commercial litigation, criminal defense, and family law. She has passionately represented clients in a wide variety of cases, and in many jurisdictions. She also prides herself on being responsive, honest, and open with clients, while also obtaining successful results.
Ms. Soeth has over 10 years of trial experience that she brings to the table, and a strong drive to help those who need it most. As a former Assistant District Attorney for Collin County, Rachel has been involved in appellate practice, including successfully arguing before Texas appellate courts. She has also tried an extensive number of cases, and enjoys applying that experience and knowledge on behalf of clients. In addition to her regular case work, she has been working with the 417th District Court in Collin County and the Collin County Juvenile Probation Department to spearhead outreach efforts to local courts to inform them of diversionary programs aimed at helping disadvantaged, high-risk, and trafficked youth.
After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2008, Ms. Soeth went on to graduate from Baylor Law School in 2011. Since then, she has been practicing law in the State of Texas.
In her free time, Ms. Soeth enjoys being with her husband, two rambunctious children, and two dogs. When she is able to, she also reads mystery novels, watches crime dramas, and seeks out new recipes and restaurants.
