When he is not working on legal matters, Mr. Ritenour spends time in the local community. He works and plays in Prosper, Texas one of the gems of Collin County, Texas. He also enjoys playing tennis, attending local sporting events, and volunteering at his church.
A Texas native, Mr. Ritenour obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in 2014 and graduated from Baylor Law School in 2018.

Mr. Koch is actively involved in the community and maintains strong and positive relationships with other lawyers, judges, community members, and local non-profit organizations. In addition to maintaining a busy family life and law practice, he dedicates time to activities such as attending local fundraisers, judging high school mock-trial competitions, and volunteering at his children’s school.
An Arizona native, Mr. Koch obtained his bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University in 2004 and graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2011.

Anthony (“Tony”) Waddell brings over eighteen years of civil litigation and trial experience to Kelley Clarke, P.C. Over the course of his career, Tony has represented large financial institutions and local businesses. In addition, Mr. Waddell has also practiced both Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, as well as represented insureds in catastrophic injury matters. Whether you have a family law matter, business litigation dispute, or find yourself on either side of a personal injury matter, Mr. Waddell is able to develop an effective plan to suit your individual needs. Mr. Waddell is licensed in both Texas and California, and currently serves as manager of the litigation section of the firm.
Mr. Waddell is an unofficial investigator at heart and enjoys solving his clients’ issues with unique and creative insights. Being a strong believer in plain English and shooting clients straight, Mr. Waddell is able to speak plainly with clients, address their concerns and formulate the best plan to achieve their desired results. Having taken matters to trial before both the bench and to a jury, Tony understands and appreciates the preparation necessary to provide a client with the optimal chance for success.
Born and raised in Texas, Mr. Waddell graduated from Baylor University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. A graduate of South Texas College of Law Houston in 2003, Mr. Waddell secured his Texas license to practice in 2003. In 2008, Mr. Waddell sat for the California bar exam and became licensed in 2009.
When Mr. Waddell is not zealously representing the needs of his clients he enjoys reading, streaming the latest and greatest movies and shows, nursing an unhealthy obsession with baseball, and, most of all, spending time with his family.
